1. Minutes from April meeting read and approved.
2. Membership report approved: 78 members (68 staff, 8 students, 2 retirees)
3. Treasurer's report approved: $809.74

• Good attendance, chicken strips well received

• Annual Picnic, June 15
• Brookside shelter, 10-2 set up/clean up, 11-1 eat (Yen reserved)
• Big G's catering
• Approx. $10 for lunch, $2 for pie, estimate 50-60, possible vegetarian option?
• Elizabeth will track RSVP and call Big G's
• Games, door prizes, decorations?
• Diana Shonrock's Retirement Party
