1. Minutes from March meeting read and approved.
2. Membership report approved: 78 members (68 staff, 8 students, 2 retirees)
3. Treasurer's report approved: $852.86
4. Old Business
• Edible Book Festival
• 319 people, 236 votes
• ISU TV coverage, Melissa will look into DVD for Special Collections
5. New Business (ongoing)
• Student Appreciation, April 27
• Kathy Hagaman volunteer coordinator
• Jill - purchase chicken strips (18 lbs.), sauces, forks
• Jody - purchase drinks, create poster, compile pictures of graduating students
• Annual Picnic, June 15
• Brookside shelter, 10-2 set up/clean up, 11-1 eat
• Yen - reserve shelter
• Big G's catering?
• Approx. $10 for lunch, $2 for pie, estimate 50-60 people
• Games, door prizes, decorations?
• Diana Shonrock's Retirement Party
• Carolyn E. volunteer coordinator
• $200 from LSA, meet with Dean to determine her contribution
• Locations - Lounge or Bookends RR?
• Preferences - Carolyn will ask Diana about colors, food, guest list, etc.
