1. Minutes from March meeting approved.
2. Membership report approved.
3. Treasurer's report approved: $664.25
4. Old Business
• We Play Wii 
• TVs were $120 total
• Turned out ok, not many in training sessions, maybe more "structure" if done again
5. New Business (ongoing)
• Student Appreciation, April 21
• Staff Lounge, 9:00-3:00
• Rita Marinko - volunteer coordinator
• LSA provides pulled BBQ pork & 5 gallons of drink
• Graduating seniors/Student Employee of the Year recognition (possible Inform?)
• Annual Picnic, June 16
• Brookside, 11:00-1:00
• Picnic theme (same as last year)
• Elizabeth will look into options with Ames Best Pies, discuss at next meeting
• General Meeting/Elections
• Area Reps responsible for finding their own replacement, all others elected 
• President & VP need to be elected
