1. Minutes from July meeting approved.
2. Membership report approved: 64 members (61 staff, 2 students, 1 retiree)
3. Treasurer's report approved: $712.85
4. Old Business
• Volunteer Coordinator Sheets
• Keep generic so we can fill in specific info throughout year (date, time, etc.)
• Ice Cream Social, September 2
• Staff Lounge, 1:00-3:00, council serves/greets
• Staff paid membership, students free w/supervisor (when possible)
• Volunteer Coordinator Sheets out for recruitment
• Display past events/benefits for students
• LSA Items to Special Collections
• Pictorial review of last year, send to Tanya (Jody)
5. New Business (ongoing)
• Notification of events
• How/who notifies retirees?
• Send letter/email if they want to opt out/join/etc.
• Student employee mail list
• Every 2 weeks Jamie notify Mindy for any new students 
• Personal welcome email to join LSA

• New Microwave ($100 from vending machine money)
